Self Service is a web portal that allows you to:
- Make online tuition payments
- Check your financial aid status
- Check and print your class schedule
- Update your contact information
- Sign your enrollment agreement
Your login information was mailed to you right after you enrolled in class. If you need your
login information or have questions about Self Service, call 800.544.2787 or (415)618-6500.
Tuition PaymentsInstallment Plan Deadlines (to read more about the Installment Plan,
click here):
- First Payment Due - September 1, 2007
- Second Payment Due - October 1, 2007
- Third Payment Due - November 1, 2007
- Fourth Payment Due - December 3, 2007
How to Make Payments
Option #1
- If you are paying by Visa or MasterCard, you can pay online by logging in to Student Self
Service (click here to go to Self Service). Payments can be made 24 hours a day. You may
also call our 24-hour tuition credit card payment hotline at 415-618-6186 to make a payment over
the phone. If you previously arranged with us to automatically charge your credit card for your
installments, we will handle the transaction for you. Please retain this statement for your
records.
Option #2
- If you are paying by Check please make it payable to the Academy of Art University and send it
to: Accounts Receivable, Attn: Tuition Payments, Academy of Art University, 79 New Montgomery St,
San Francisco, CA 94105.
Option #3
- Cash payments may be made at the Accounts Receivable Department on the 3rd floor of the 79 New
Montgomery building during normal business hours or deposited in our secure drop box.
Payments must be received on or before the required due dates or your account will be subject to
late fees, cancellation of the installment plan may occur and your classes may be administratively
dropped.
