Getting Started at Academy of Art University

Student Self Service

Self Service is a web portal that allows you to:

• Make online tuition payments
• Check your financial aid status
• Check and print your class schedule
• Update your contact information
• Sign your enrollment agreement

Login information is mailed after your class enrollment. For login information or questions about Self Service, call 800.544.2787 (US only) or 415.618.6500.

Tuition Payments

Interest-Free Four Month Installment Plan Deadlines for Fall 2012:

• 1st Installment Due September 1, 2012
• 2nd Installment Due October 1, 2012
• 3rd Installment Due November 1, 2012
• 4th Installment Due December 1, 2012

Interest-Free Four Month Installment Plan Deadlines for Spring 2013:

• 1st Installment Due February 2, 2013
• 2nd Installment Due March 2, 2013
• 3rd Installment Due April 2, 2013
• 4th Installment Due May 2, 2013

How to Make Payments

Option #1

• If you are paying by Visa, MasterCard or Discover, you can pay online by logging in to Student Self Service. Payments can be made 24 hours a day. If you previously arranged with us to automatically charge your credit card for your installments, we will handle the transaction for you. Please retain this statement for your records.

Option #2

• If you are paying by Check please make it payable to the Academy of Art University and send it to: FILE 72868 PO Box 61000, San Francisco, CA 94161-2868 ***Note: Please indicate the student ID# on the check for identification purposes***

Option #3

• Cash payments may be made at the Accounts Receivable Department on the 3rd floor of the 79 New Montgomery building during normal business hours or deposited in our secure drop box.

Payments must be received on or before the required due dates or your account will be subject to late fees, cancellation of the installment plan may occur and your classes may be administratively dropped.

Pre-Registration for Classes

All new applicants may use this online portal to pre-register for first semester classes.

MyAcademy is a Web portal specifically designed for current students, with helpful information for new students. Meet new friends, find things to do on campus, get information on campus events, learn about educational support, access university resources and more.
